Yes, yes, and yes. We cut glass purchased from Main Building Supply to your specifications. We also repair existing screens and build new ones to your specifications. We are happy to make cuts to lumber, plywood, and rebar purchased from Main Building Supply as well. There is no charge for a cut or two to fit something in your vehicle, and we charge a reasonable fee for multiple cuts to your specific dimensions.


No, but almost. We can return or refund nearly any item purchased at Main Building Supply within the item's warranty period. Ace Brand products take it a step further with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, as do many of the other brands we carry. A very few manufacturers require that warranties be handled directly through them. Examples include: water heaters, outdoor power equipment with gas engines (once fuel has been added to the tank), and some brands of space heaters. If you have a problem with anything you buy from us, please let us know and we'll do everything in our power to make it right.


Yes! We have a full automotive key program that allows us to cut and program automotive keys and FOBs for nearly every automobile on the road. We stock keys and fobs for hundreds of automobile models, and we can get the key or fob for nearly any model shipped within a few days. Our automotive keys and fobs are "OEM" (original equipment manufacturer), meaning that they are the same key or fob you would receive from the dealer, only we charge 50-60% less than most dealers. We typically make appointments for programming, as it can take anywhere from 10 min to an hour depending on the vehicle. Give us a call to learn more.


We respect and appreciate our guests who are active and retired military, seniors, first-responders, educators, and church members, though we do not offer specific group discounts. We do work tirelessly to provide the same excellent service and competitive prices for all our guests, and we actively support non-profit community events and organizations.


Yes! We have been a loyal supporter of the Rogue River and surrounding communities for more than 60 years. In 2019, we were awarded the Rogue River Chamber of Commerce “Business of the Year” award for our long-time community support. If you are involved in a local, non-profit event, feel free to come fill out a request for donation.


If you are interested in a large order or if you ever notice a price that seems out of line, please let us know. We'll do everything in our power to make it right. However, we do not generally price match. We work diligently to ensure that we have the products you need at competitive prices. As two of the largest suppliers in their industries, Ace Hardware and Purina Mills do a great job of ensuring us a competitive and reliable supply chain. Our regional vendors are excellent partners as well: we are often told that some our lumber and building materials prices are lower than the box stores. We love that!
